The Bacchanale is a frantic dance full of reckless abandond. Taken from the name of the Roman god of wine Bacchus, this dance is basically a wild party. The piece starts with lyrical melodies juxtaposed against sharp, driving motors. The middle consists of a tempo modulation into a contrasting longingful tune; but the party picks back up and finishes in spectacular style!
